Famous attractions in Wales include the Victorian Mumbles pier near Swansea, Caernarfon Castle, the quaint italianate village of Portmerion and the Big Pit National Coal Museum which details Wales's rich mining history. And of course there is the Welsh capital, Cardiff - a vibrant city that has an exciting choice of shops, theatres, restaurants and concert halls!

On the ground floor there is a large cottage kitchen, bathroom, a sizeable lounge featuring parquet flooring and a large wood burning stove. Through a door from the lounge there is a large conservatory with spectacular views of the River and gardens. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, a twin room, a single bedroom and a second bathroom.

The Retreat is a stone outbuilding that has been converted into a cosy 2 storey annexe, providing an attractive and comfortable living space with beamed ceilings in the main living area. The front door leads into a well equipped kitchen/dining area that is semi open plan to a welcoming lounge with an eye catching Aga wood burning stove, set in an Oak fire surround. A double bedroom and a contemporary family size shower room complete the ground floor accommodation. Steep stairs (unsuitable for elderly or infirm) lead to a second floor bedroom that has 2 single beds.
